Fatal head-on crash in St. Clair County claimed three lives
A fatal crash occurred in St. Clair County, Illinois, claiming the lives of three individuals on Monday night. Illinois State Police received reports of a head-on collision on U.S. Route 50, just west of Clinton County Line Road around 8:45 p.m. Two individuals were declared deceased at the crash site, while a third was taken to a hospital where they later passed away from their injuries. Route 50 remained closed until 1:30 a.m., with no further information disclosed by authorities.
