A fatal collision involving two vehicles occurred in Shadow Hills late Monday afternoon, resulting in the death of at least two individuals according to officials. The Los Angeles Fire Department was alerted to the crash on Wentworth Street, west of Wheatland Avenue at 3:45 p.m. Upon arrival, LAFD discovered two individuals deceased and trapped in the wreckage of the vehicles.
