Fatal head-on collision on I-15 in St. George causes three deaths
Three individuals have tragically lost their lives in a severe multi-vehicle accident on the northbound side of I-15 close to St. George, Utah. The Utah Highway Patrol received a report about a driver going the wrong way around 6:20 p.m. near milepost five, resulting in a collision between two vehicles at milepost four. Two cars were involved in the crash, leading to three fatalities and one person being airlifted to the hospital. Northbound I-15 is currently closed at milepost four and is anticipated to remain shut down for a significant duration. Northbound drivers are being rerouted at Exit 4 to return to the interstate at Exit 5.
