A fatal head-on collision in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania resulted in the death of a man from Warriors Mark on Saturday afternoon. The occupants of the other vehicle involved were quickly taken to UPMC Altoona. The Pennsylvania State Police reported that Tyler Wirtner, 43, lost his life at the scene of the accident which occurred on November 22 at approximately 1:16 p.m. As Wirtner was driving a Toyota Corolla on Pennington Road near the Hundred Springs Road intersection in Warriors Mark, he inexplicably crossed over the double yellow lines and collided head-on with a Ford Escape. Wirtner was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. While details about the individuals in the Escape were not disclosed by the troopers, they were all promptly transported to UPMC Altoona. Their current medical status is unspecified.
