Fatal Elysian Valley crash injures 4
A tragic crash in Elysian Valley resulted in the death of a man and injuries to four others, two of whom are in critical condition. The incident, involving three cars, occurred on Saturday afternoon in the 2400 block of Riverside Drive. Emergency responders arrived to find multiple victims, with one individual, identified as a 30-year-old man, pronounced dead at the scene. Two other patients, a 69-year-old man and a 62-year-old woman, were rushed to the hospital in critical condition. The remaining two patients, a 34-year-old man and a 35-year-old man, sustained minor injuries and declined hospital transport. The LAPD urged the public to avoid the area while investigations into the fatal collision are ongoing. Further details on the cause of the crash were not immediately available.
