Fatal crash reduces U.S. 56 in southwest Kansas to single lane
One lane on U.S. Highway 56, between Montezuma and the U.S. Highway 400 bypass near Dodge City, is currently closed because of a tragic accident. Kansas Department of Transportation personnel are present to guide traffic, so please drive carefully and reduce your speed.
