Fatal crash on SR-31 claims driver's life, according to FHP
A fatal collision involving a driver and a semi-truck occurred on Sunday evening, as reported by the Florida Highway Patrol. The incident took place when the driver of a car traveling east on 760 attempted to make a left turn in front of the oncoming semi-truck heading south on 31. The front of the semi collided with the side of the car, causing it to spin off the road onto the grass shoulder. Tragically, the driver of the car succumbed to their injuries at the hospital. The authorities are currently investigating the crash.
