
Fatal crash on PA Turnpike in Lancaster's injured are fatalities
A tragic incident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike resulted in two fatalities and one person being injured. The crash occurred early morning on Saturday at Mile Marker 286.5 in Brecknock Township, Lancaster County. Pennsylvania State Police Troop T reported that a vehicle veered off the road near the Reading Interchange, hitting a tree before colliding with a bridge. The driver and a rear-seat passenger passed away at the scene, while a front-seat passenger sustained injuries and was taken to Reading Hospital for treatment. Fortunately, the turnpike was not closed as the accident did not occur on the main roadway.
