Fatal crash on I-270 causes traffic, lane closures
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A fatal crash on Interstate 270 has shut down several lanes this afternoon. The crash involved two vehicles and occurred shortly before 2 p.m., according to the Missouri Highway Patrol. Northbound traffic on I-270 is being diverted onto Manchester and Dougherty Ferry roads as authorities work to clear the scene.
