
Fatal crash on Highway 67: One teen dead, four injured
A tragic accident occurred on Tuesday morning, Aug. 12, near Cripple Creek, Colorado, on Highway 67, resulting in the death of one teenager and injuries to four others. The Colorado State Patrol (CSP) reported that emergency responders found a vehicle that had rolled at the intersection of Teller County Road 81 and Highway 67. The driver, a 16-year-old girl, tragically passed away, while two teenage boys suffered serious injuries, and two other passengers - a 16-year-old girl and an 18-year-old woman - sustained moderate injuries. CSP is continuing its investigation into the crash.
