
Fatal crash near Yellowstone National Park claims 7 lives
A tragic incident occurred on Thursday evening in Fremont County, Idaho, just west of Yellowstone National Park, where seven individuals lost their lives in a crash. The Idaho State Police responded to a collision between two vehicles on U.S. Highway 20 near Henry’s Lake around 7:15 p.m. The van involved in the crash, carrying a tour group, caught fire. Sadly, six out of the 14 occupants in the van, along with the pickup truck driver, did not survive. Emergency responders tended to at least 16 injured individuals, with an air ambulance being dispatched to the scene. Due to the seriousness of the situation and the notification process for the next of kin, names, ages, hometowns, and nationalities of those involved have not been disclosed at this time.
