A fatal accident occurred near Harry Reid International Airport, leading to the closure of a road in central Las Vegas on Wednesday evening. The incident involved a pedestrian and took place around 5:05 p.m. at Paradise Road and Naples Drive near Harmon Avenue. Law enforcement confirmed one casualty in the accident, and the driver remained on the scene with no suspicion of impairment. The affected road section, Paradise Road after Harmon Avenue, was shut down in both directions, as per RTC Southern Nevada.
