Fatal crash near Katy Freeway involves vehicle flipping 100 feet
A deadly car accident is under investigation after occurring near the 21800 block of the Katy Freeway on Sunday evening. The Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) is looking into the incident involving Ayden Shaw, who was driving a white 1995 Ford F150. Shaw lost control of his vehicle, causing it to spin, hit a guardrail, and then strike a utility pole before plummeting 100 feet into a creek embankment. Shaw was airlifted to a nearby hospital and unfortunately passed away. The HCSO Vehicular Crimes Division is currently examining the details of the crash.
