Fatal crash near I-79 rest stop leaves one dead, one critically injured
One individual has tragically died and another person has been seriously injured following an early morning collision on Interstate 79. The incident occurred when an SUV crashed into a stationary tractor-trailer parked on the right shoulder near the Bridgeville rest stop. The SUV then spun out of control, striking another truck parked on the shoulder before coming to a stop. The SUV driver, Travis Brown, lost his life in the accident, while a female passenger sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital.
