Overnight, a tragic high-speed crash claimed the lives of two young boys in Granada Hills. The incident, which occurred at the Rinaldi Street and Zelzah Avenue intersection just north of the 118 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley, involved a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old that lost control and hit a retaining wall. Both the driver and his 17-year-old passenger were declared deceased at the scene. The LAPD confirmed the details of the accident as they collected evidence and cleared the area, with a damaged Acura coupe being towed away. The names of the victims have not been released.
