The community of Coffeyville, Kansas is mourning the loss of a teenager and another being injured in a car accident. The incident occurred at a stoplight along Patterson Boulevard when a vehicle driven by Tenisha Mayberry collided with a car driven by Maia O'Connell, causing both vehicles to overturn. Mayberry and O'Connell sustained minor injuries, while Serafina O'Connell tragically lost her life. The authorities mentioned that both teenagers were wearing seat belts at the time of the collision.
