Fatal Crash Involving Teen on Wildwood Road
An 18-year-old man from Maryville tragically lost his life in a car accident on Wildwood Road in Blount County. The incident occurred when the vehicle veered off the road, hit a concrete culvert, overturned, fell into a ditch, and collided with a tree. The car's wheel even detached and rolled about 100 yards before striking another vehicle. The crash, which happened around 10:15 p.m. near Jameswood Drive, was responded to by deputies.
