Fatal crash involving four vehicles claims life of female resident in New Castle.
A fatal accident occurred on Friday in Slippery Rock Township, Pennsylvania, resulting in the death of Kristen Ady, aged 37, from New Castle, and injuries to two others. The crash involving four cars happened at 4 p.m. on Route 422. Pennsylvania State Troopers reported that a westbound car on 422 struck Ady's car just west of Cooper Road, causing it to flip onto its side and collide with a third vehicle, which then hit a fourth car. The passenger in Ady's car sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized, while the driver of the third vehicle had minor injuries. The passenger, who was not wearing a seat belt, remains in an unknown condition.
