Fatal crash injures six in Greenville County
In Greenville County, South Carolina, a tragic accident occurred on Saturday afternoon resulting in one fatality and six injuries. The incident took place at around 3:35 p.m. when a 2019 Jeep SUV attempting a left turn onto Matrix Parkway from Augusta Road was struck by an oncoming pickup truck. The collision then involved a Mitsubishi SUV and a Honda sedan. Sadly, Caius Blakely, a 7-year-old passenger in the back of the Jeep SUV, lost his life in the accident. The drivers of the Jeep SUV, the Honda sedan, and four occupants of the Mitsubishi SUV were all hospitalized for treatment of their injuries. Authorities are currently investigating the crash.
