Fatal crash in Warrensburg claims life of Lee’s Summit resident, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol
A man from Lee’s Summit tragically lost his life early on Sunday morning when his pickup truck veered off the road and collided with a ditch in Johnson County, based on reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The incident occurred around 12:52 a.m. on westbound West Pine Street, near Water Street in Warrensburg. Troopers shared that the driver, a 41-year-old individual from Lee’s Summit, was heading west when his 2018 Ram 1500 veered off the road and struck a ditch. It was noted that the victim was using a seat belt at the time of the crash.
