Fatal crash in Rockbridge County under investigation
The Virginia State Police (VSP) is looking into a fatal crash that took place on Route 60 in Rockbridge County. The accident occurred on Friday, November 14, at 6:52 p.m., close to Reid Hollow Road. Reports indicate that a 2012 Honda Odyssey was driving west on Route 60 when it veered off the road, went down an incline, hit multiple trees, and ended up overturned. The driver, 83-year-old Eugene Wilson from Buena Vista, was wearing a seatbelt at the time and was pronounced dead at the scene. The VSP is continuing to investigate the incident.
