Fatal crash in Long Beach involving motorcyclist and SUV driver arrested
A tragic incident occurred in Long Beach on Saturday night when a 37-year-old motorcyclist lost their life in a collision. The driver of an SUV was taken into custody on charges of DUI and vehicular manslaughter following the crash at the intersection of 11th Street and Redondo Avenue around 9:01 p.m. The motorcyclist, identified as Roberto Barraza, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are investigating impairment as a potential contributing factor. The driver of the Toyota Sequoia involved, Frank Andrade Jr., cooperated with police and was arrested.
