Fatal crash in Kansas claims lives of Tulsa, Union students
A fatal crash occurred in Kansas involving students from Booker T. Washington High School and Union Freshman Academy. The tragic incident took the lives of D.J. Laster from BTW and Kyrin Schumpert from Union. The collision took place in Franklin County just before 6 p.m. where two vehicles collided and caught fire, resulting in eight fatalities, including at least one Tulsa student.
