
Fatal crash in Francestown claims lives of 18-year-old and two 19-year-olds, according to authorities.
On Tuesday night, a tragic accident in Francestown took the lives of three young individuals: an 18-year-old and two 19-year-olds. The incident occurred on Route 47, also known as Bennington Road, when their car collided with a telephone pole, causing all occupants to be ejected and found deceased at the scene. The victims were identified as Aiden Brissett, 19, of Bennington; Seth Fowler, 19, of Antrim; and Luis Torres, 18, of Antrim. Authorities reported that the vehicle was heading south on Route 47 when it veered off the road, struck the pole, and overturned. Fire Chief Larry Kullgren mentioned that the crash resulted in a widespread power outage in the town, with Eversource crews later working to restore electricity. Route 47 was closed for approximately five hours before reopening in the early morning, and power was fully restored by 6 a.m. Wednesday.
