Fatal crash in Fayston leaves one dead, driver taken into custody
A fatal incident occurred in Fayston when a pedestrian was hit by a car. The driver, 19-year-old Noah Kirson from Winter Park, Florida, reportedly veered off the road while driving on Mansfield Road towards Vermont Route 17, resulting in the pedestrian's death. The victim has not been identified. Vermont State Police have arrested Kirson for gross negligent operation with death as the consequence. He is currently detained at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
