Fatal crash in Fairhaven injures 2 teenagers
A tragic incident occurred in Fairhaven, Massachusetts, where a 17-year-old girl lost her life in a three-vehicle collision on Saturday night. The crash took place just before 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Route 6 and Jeannette Street. The authorities, led by Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn III, arrived to find one vehicle significantly damaged on the eastbound side, with the teenager driving and pronounced dead at the scene. A memorial has been set up in her honor. Another vehicle involved was found overturned with two individuals in their 20s who sustained minor injuries. A third vehicle had only minor damage with no injuries reported for its occupants. Investigations by the district attorney's office and Massachusetts State Police are ongoing.
