Fatal crash claims lives of two teens in Pinal County
Two teenagers tragically lost their lives in a collision that took place on Gantzel Road near Skyline Drive in San Tan Valley on a Thursday. According to the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, the incident occurred when two sedans were heading northbound and one vehicle changed lanes into the other, causing the second car to veer into the southbound lanes and collide with a truck. The 17-year-old male driver, Toby Harper, and his 19-year-old female passenger, Haley Davis, both succumbed to multiple blunt impact injuries at the scene. The Pinal County Medical Examiner's Office ruled their deaths as accidental. Impairment was not a factor in the crash.
