Fatal Crash Claims Life of Crawfordville Man in Franklin County
An unfortunate incident occurred on US Highway 98 near Apalachee Street in Franklin County, resulting in the loss of a Crawfordville man's life. The Florida Highway Patrol reported that the accident involved two vehicles, a sedan driven by the Crawfordville man and an SUV driven by a Carabelle woman. The sedan was traveling eastbound on US Highway 98 and attempted to pass the SUV, leading to a collision. Tragically, the sedan crashed into a tree, causing the driver to be pronounced deceased at the scene. Fortunately, the driver of the SUV was unharmed.
