The incident occurred at around 7:41 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 287 and County Road 4, involving the bicyclist and a 2006 Honda SUV. The cyclist, identified as a young Hispanic man in his mid-twenties, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Honda, a 50-year-old man, was unharmed and cooperated with authorities.
