Fatal collision near Saddlebrooke leads to two deaths
Two individuals tragically lost their lives this morning in a single-vehicle accident on U.S. 65 close to the Saddlebrooke community exit in Christian County, Missouri. An SUV traveling north veered off the road, collided with a rock bluff wall, and caught fire. The incident occurred just north of the Saddlebrooke exit, approximately 14 miles north of Branson. The identities of the deceased have not been disclosed, as authorities are in the process of notifying their families. Multiple emergency response teams, including the Taney County Ambulance District, Western Taney County Fire District, Highlandville Fire Protection District, Ozark Fire Protection District, Christian County Ambulance District, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Taney County Sheriff's Office, Christian County Sheriff's Office, and MoDOT, responded to the scene.
