Fatal collision near Henry's Lake claims lives of 7 individuals
The Idaho State Police (ISP) reported a tragic accident on U.S. 20 near Henry's Lake in Island Park that resulted in the deaths of 7 individuals. The collision occurred between a Dodge Ram pickup truck and a Mercedes passenger van. ISP confirmed that the driver of the Dodge and 6 out of the 14 passengers in the van lost their lives in the incident. Both air and ground support teams were sent to the location. The cause of the crash is currently being investigated by the Idaho State Police, and the Fremont County Coroner's Office will disclose the identities of the deceased once their families have been informed.
