Fatal collision in Tracy: Driver killed in overturned vehicle accident
(FOX40.COM) -- The California Highway Patrol responded to a call about a vehicle accident at 3:49 p.m. Saturday that left one driver dead in Tracy.Video above: Sacramento Police report decrease in violent crime for 3rd straight year A red Chevy truck heading westbound on Highway 4 swerved into the eastbound lanes near the Old River Bridge. The truck driver applied his brakes and collided with a work truck heading eastbound, according to CHP. The work truck clipped a motorcycle that was behind the Chevy before overturning into the canal. CHP said the driver of the work truck died at the scene, while the motorcyclist had minor injuries. CHP is determining the cause of the crash.
