Fatal collision between SUV and semi in Marion County

The accident took place on Saturday evening at the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and Nighthawk Road. The crash occurred when an SUV, carrying a 92-year-old man and Conyers, failed to yield to an eastbound semi on U.S. 50. The SUV driver suffered minor injuries, while Conyers tragically passed away. The 35-year-old semi driver from Idaho was unharmed in the collision. Thankfully, all individuals involved in the incident were wearing their seatbelts.
