A fatal multi-vehicle collision occurred in Carson on Friday evening, resulting in one fatality and three individuals being hospitalized. The Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene at Figueroa Street and Sepulveda Boulevard around 4 p.m., where four vehicles were involved in the tragic accident. One of the cars was heading south on Figueroa Street when it collided with three other vehicles near the junction. The crash caused extensive damage to all vehicles, with one completely wrecked. Emergency responders pronounced one person dead at the scene, while three others were taken to the hospital for treatment, their conditions unknown. Another person received on-site medical care and was subsequently discharged. The cause of the crash remains unknown, and an investigation is ongoing. The identity of the victim has not been disclosed, and local roads were temporarily closed to facilitate the clearance of the crash site by deputies.
