Fatal car crash on Highway OO claims life of Webster County man
A Webster County resident passed away after a car accident on July 26th, as reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP). The crash involved a single vehicle driven by a 57-year-old man from Marshfield. The incident occurred on Highway OO, located five miles west of Marshfield, around 3:45 p.m. The driver lost control of his 1998 Pontiac Firebird, veering off the road twice before the vehicle overturned. Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The deceased man's family has been informed of the tragic event. As mentioned in the MSHP update, this marks the 66th fatality in 2025 for MSHP Troop D.
