Fatal car crash in Pearl River County
A tragic car accident in Pearl River County led to the loss of a man's life on Sunday, August 24. Details provided by the Mississippi Highway Patrol indicate that the incident involved a 2005 Lincoln Towncar driven by 22-year-old Marcus Dickey of Biloxi. The vehicle was traveling north on interstate 59 when it crossed the median and crashed with a 2002 Freightliner Semi-truck driven by 41-year-old Imran Sohna of San Antonio. Unfortunately, Dickey lost his life due to fatal injuries sustained in the crash while Sohna was taken to a local hospital to receive treatment for his injuries. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
