Fatal car crash in Midtown leaves man deceased and woman injured
In Midtown Memphis, an unfortunate car crash involving a motorcycle on Saturday evening has resulted in the death of a man and injuries to a woman. Police responded to a two-vehicle collision on Central Avenue near Lindsey Street after 6:20 p.m. The man involved was initially critical and later passed away at the hospital, while the woman is being treated for non-critical injuries. The cause of the crash remains unknown. Traffic in both directions on Central Avenue between Lindsey Street and South Rembert Street is currently closed, with alternative routes provided. The incident is under investigation.
