Fatal Athens motorcycle crash
A fatal incident took place in Athens when a motorcycle collided with a pole on Petrou Ralli Street, leading to the death of one individual and injuring another on Wednesday. The accident happened midday as the motorcycle was heading towards Athens along the busy road that links the city center with the suburbs of Piraeus. Both riders were quickly transported to Nikaia General Hospital, where unfortunately one of them passed away from the injuries. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the authorities, with no additional information disclosed yet.
