Fatal accident on Loop 202 in Gilbert
A fatal rollover crash led to the closure of an East Valley freeway for several hours. The Arizona Department of Public Safety reported that the incident occurred on the Loop 202 Santan at 11:10 p.m. on August 17 involving at least two vehicles. The freeway was blocked in both directions between Gilbert and Lindsay Roads but has since been reopened.
