Fatal accident on I-20 in Clinton leaves woman dead
Authorities in Clinton are looking into a tragic accident that occurred on Interstate 20. A 29-year-old woman lost her life in a single-vehicle crash between Norrell Road and the Natchez Trace Parkway. According to Hinds County Interim Coroner Jeramiah Howard, the driver of the car lost control around 8:30 a.m. on August 30 while heading east on the interstate, ultimately colliding with a tree in the median. The woman's identity has not been disclosed at this time.
