Fatal accident on Highway 65
Highway 65, or Big Cynthia Road, in Vanderburgh County, Indiana is currently closed at the intersection of Weiss Road due to a fatal vehicle accident, as reported by the Vanderburgh County Sheriff. Emergency crews responded to the scene where a blue Chevrolet Tahoe and a grey Toyota Tundra were involved in a collision, resulting in the death of the Tahoe driver who had to be rescued by the Vanderburgh County Fire Department. Fortunately, the Tundra driver managed to escape their vehicle which caught fire. The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office is conducting an investigation into the incident.
