Fatal accident on FM 2769 leaves one adult dead, 4 others injured
A fatal accident occurred on FM 2769 Road Saturday night involving two vehicles and a total of five individuals. One person was killed, and four others were injured. Emergency responders were able to extract a trapped individual from a vehicle, and STAR Flight transported an adult with severe injuries to Dell Seton Medical Center. Another adult and a child were taken to St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, while one adult received treatment for minor injuries at the scene. The Austin Fire Department and Lake Travis Fire Rescue also assisted in the response to the crash.
