Fatal accident involving teenage girl near Centreville

A young girl lost her life and multiple people were injured in a car accident on Sunday night near Centreville, Michigan. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. on M-86 close to Shimmel Road, as reported by the Michigan State Police. The accident involved a Dodge Charger with six passengers in addition to the driver, traveling westward on the road. After passing another vehicle, the Dodge veered off the road with the driver, a 19-year-old woman from Three Rivers, overcorrecting and causing the car to soar through the air and subsequently roll over. Tragically, a 13-year-old girl was ejected from the vehicle and did not survive. The remaining occupants sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital for treatment. Authorities suspect that the accident was influenced by excessive speed and alcohol. The Michigan State Police are currently conducting an investigation into the crash.
