Fatal accident in Winston-Salem involving tractor-trailer, police report
A tragic incident occurred in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, as reported by the Winston-Salem Police Department. Sadly, a man named Thomas Douglas Ander, aged 67, lost his life following an accident involving a tractor-trailer. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. when Ander was assisting with refueling at a business parking lot. While trying to alert the 67-year-old driver of the tractor-trailer about a missing fuel cap, Ander became entangled with the trailer and was fatally injured. Tragically, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
