Fatal accident in Houston: Baby dies in collision on Cook Road
Authorities are currently investigating the tragic death of an infant under one year old who perished after a collision involving two vehicles on Cook Road in southwest Houston. The incident took place on Wednesday evening. According to investigators, a vehicle containing the infant was struck by a driver suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. The infant was thrown from the vehicle and succumbed to their injuries at the hospital. Fortunately, the other occupants of the vehicle were unharmed. Two individuals have been apprehended in connection to the fatal crash, although Houston police have not disclosed their identities.
