Fatal accident in Groveport near Columbus
A fatal collision occurred on Thursday evening at the intersection of Port Road and London Groveport Road in Groveport, Ohio. The incident involved a Jeep Cherokee and a Volvo Semi truck with a trailer. The driver of the Jeep crossed the center line for unknown reasons, resulting in a head-on crash with the semi truck. Tragically, the driver of the Jeep was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the semi truck was taken to Grant Hospital in stable condition. Emergency responders from various departments quickly arrived at the scene, and the Franklin County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating the accident.
