Fatal accident in Clay County under investigation by Indiana State Police
WTWO/WAWV reported that the Indiana State Police are currently looking into a tragic incident involving a pedestrian and a vehicle that occurred in Clay County Sunday evening. The accident took place at the intersection of W County Road 1450 N and State Road 59 near Carbon. Sgt. Matt Ames of the Indiana State Police Putnamville Post has confirmed the fatality resulting from this accident. Despite the closure earlier, the intersection has now been reopened.
