Fatal accident in Bloomington involving three vehicles
Authorities are currently investigating a tragic incident involving a wrong-way crash on Highway 169 in Bloomington. The accident, which occurred on Saturday, Nov. 15, just before 10 p.m., resulted in the death of a woman named Jasmine Jayde Nanclares, 29, from Shakopee. The crash involved a Pontiac Grand Am driving south in the northbound lanes colliding with a northbound Hyundai Sonata and pushing it into a Ford F-150. The driver of the Hyundai sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital, while no one in the F-150 was harmed. Details regarding Nanclares's use of a seatbelt or any involvement of alcohol remain unknown according to the crash report.
