Fatal accident closes Rancho Cordova street, entraps one in car
A fatal head-on collision occurred in Rancho Cordova on Tuesday afternoon, as reported by the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District. The incident took place at the Prairie City Road and White Rock Road intersection around 4:39 p.m., resulting in one fatality. Two other individuals were hospitalized, with their current conditions unknown. Grant Line Road is temporarily closed at White Rock Road, and alternative routes are recommended.
