Fatal accident claims life of Mountain Grove woman
A tragic incident occurred in Texas County, Missouri, where a woman from Mountain Grove lost her life in a car collision on Monday, July 14. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that the 82-year-old woman was driving her 2020 Nissan Altima when it veered into the southbound lanes on U.S. Highway 63 near Cabool and crashed into a 2019 Ford Edge around 3:35 p.m. Unfortunately, she was transported to Cox South Hospital but did not survive. The two occupants of the Ford suffered minor injuries and were taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. This collision marks the 19th fatality for MSHP Troop G in 2025.
